The second step is to fill out our easy two-page application. Please tell us as much about your farm, ranch, or business as possible. We want to know all we can about you and your business so we can properly serve you! On the second page of the application is the financial information or you can attach a balance sheet.
Thirdly, after receiving both pages of the application, we will process your application and seek an approval.
Fourth, once you are approved, we will call you to discuss terms of the lease or finance. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with lease or finance options that fit you and the needs of your business! In addition to discussing the personalized payment structure, we will request an invoice from the vendor to attain details about the equipment you are wanting to purchase.
Fifth, we will send you the lease documents for you to sign either by email, fax, or you may come to our office to sign the documents.
Sixth, once you have returned the signed documentation, advance payments and verification of insurance and delivery, full payment is sent overnight to the vendor. Wire or direct deposits are also available for your convenience.

Yes, appropriately structured leases are considered a tax-deductible expense, which allows you to deduct, for tax purposes, the entire amount of the lease payment from your gross income.
Can You Write Off Lease Payments?
Yes, leasing allows for immediate write off for the amount spent, therefore the equipment does not have to depreciate over three to seven years or longer in the case of fixtures.

Can I Lease Equipment That is From a Neighbor or Individual?
Yes, we do private party transactions. A lien search will be conducted on the party selling the equipment to ensure clear title to all parties involved.
